There are many reasons why we feel overwhelmed — but most of the time, it’s not because we’re “bad at coping.”
Often, overwhelm is a signal.
A signal that something inside of us needs attention, support, space, or change.
In my work, I’ve found there are five common roots underneath overwhelm — and during this free Space to Breathe Session, I’ll help you better understand what may be contributing most to the overwhelm you’re experiencing right now.
Together, we’ll slow down, explore what’s been weighing on you, and look at the patterns, pressures, thoughts, or nervous system responses that may be keeping you stuck in stress, exhaustion, overthinking, or emotional reactivity.
Because once you better understand what’s underneath the overwhelm, you can begin responding differently instead of just trying to push through it.
This session is not about fixing you.
And there’s no pressure to have the perfect words or all the answers before you come.
It’s simply a supportive conversation designed to help you feel more clear, grounded, and connected to yourself again.
You just need a willingness to begin.
