One-on-One Coaching
Personalized coaching in a supportive, confidential space to gain clarity, build self-trust, and move forward with confidence.
Sessions are held once a week for 45–60 minutes via Zoom and are tailored to your unique goals, challenges, and season of life. Together, we explore what’s holding you back, uncover new perspectives, and create intentional strategies for navigating transitions, stress, and self-doubt.
This is practical, compassionate coaching designed to help you make choices that align with your values—and feel steadier in the process.
Weekly Group Coaching (Live on Zoom)
A weekly, supportive coaching space to slow down, get clear, and move forward with intention.
Each session offers real-time coaching, reflection, and conversation in a small group setting. You may be coached directly or learn through listening and shared insight.
This is not a class or lecture—it’s practical, grounding coaching for clarity, self-trust, and emotional steadiness.
